Description

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990366) approved July 1, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 17-S and abandoning of a certain right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of former Annin street extending from a fifty (50) feet wide right-of-way (former Twenty-eighth street) to Twenty-ninth street; under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
