Description

Granting permission to Herman Hinton, owner of the newsstand located on the north footway of Fairmount avenue near the northwest corner of Nineteenth street and Fairmount avenue, to construct, use and maintain overhead electrical and telecommunication lines from existing utility poles over and across the public right-of-way for the purpose of supplying electrical and phone service to his newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
