Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey certain tracts of land with the buildings and improvements thereon known as 1402-1412 West Erie Avenue, located on the south side of West Erie Avenue, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for nominal consideration, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
