Description

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 63 and 67 by relocating the northeasterly and southwesterly curblines of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from Twenty-First Street to points northwest of Twenty-Second Street; relocating portions of the curblines of intersections affected thereby; striking from the City Plan and vacating Callowhill Street from Twenty-First Street to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway; and by placing on the City Plan a right of way for various utility purposes within the lines of Callowhill Street being stricken.
