Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a license agreement between the City of Philadelphia and Impact Services Corporation under which Impact Services Corporation would operate, manage and maintain Walnut Lane Golf Course as a public golf course under certain terms and conditions.
