Description

Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to lease property bounded generally by Catharine, 12th, Clymer and Fawn Streets from the Philadelphia Housing Authority, and placing it in the Fairmount Park System, managed by the Department of Parks and Recreation, under certain terms and conditions.
