Description

Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 154 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly twelve feet wide portion of Erie Avenue from Germantown Avenue to Elder Street, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
