Description

Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to amend an existing sublease agreement between the Philadelphia Municipal Authority as landlord and The City of Philadelphia as tenant, for use of certain office space located at 1327-39 Chestnut Street, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of Public Property.
