Description

Amending Chapter 17-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage and Benefits Standard," by requiring employers subject to that Chapter to provide certain earned sick leave benefits to employees covered by that Chapter, all under certain terms and conditions.
