Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 347 and 350 by striking from the City Plan Strahle Street from Pine Road to the Philadelphia & Montgomery County Line and striking from the City Plan a certain stub portion of Rockwell Avenue which extends northeastwardly from said Strahle Street, under certain terms and conditions.
