Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the 44th and Aspen Urban Renewal Area identified by house numbers and street addresses as 820 North Markoe street, 821 North Markoe street, 832 North Markoe street, 846 North Markoe street, 848 North Markoe street and 860 North Markoe street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with the Philadelphia Housing Authority and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopm
