Description

Amending Chapter 12-2800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," by revising fees for failure to answer a notice of violation and setting forth additional fees for mailing expenses associated with notice attempting to collect unpaid parking violations, all under certain terms and conditions.
