Description

Amending Section 20-101 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Residence Requirements," by providing that active law enforcement officers from elsewhere in the United States entering into civil service positions in the Philadelphia Police Department need not be bona fide residents of the City when appointed, but must establish and maintain bona fide residence in the City within six months after appointment.
