Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 010368, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning, " by amending Section 14-306.2, entitled "C-7" Commercial District, by deleting certain uses from the list of uses that are permitted in the "C-7" Commercial District, all under certain terms and conditions.
