Amending Title 21 "Miscellaneous", by adding a new Chapter 21-2800, entitled "Fire Service Paramedic Safety and Health," by adopting minimum standards to protect the health, safety and dignity of uniformed Philadelphia Fire Department personnel working as fire service paramedics; all under certain terms and conditions.
