Description

Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating certain sub-surface portions of Fifteenth Street between Arch Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Sixteenth Street between Arch Street and Cuthbert Street, and Arch Street from Sixteenth Street to a point east of Fifteenth Street.
