Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to lease from the Philadelphia Housing Authority a parcel of land bounded by a portion of Brown Street, a portion of 47th Street, Aspen Street and Markoe Street, along with the improvements thereon, to be known upon the completion of its construction as the Lucien E. Blackwell Community.
