Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire by purchase, condemnation or otherwise title in some or all of the parcels of land together with the improvements thereon situate commonly known as 351-355West Penn Street and 5322-5334 Newhall Street, under certain terms and conditions.
