To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Spruce Street, S. 40th Street, Locust Street, and S. 41st Street. Further to adopt the Master Plan for the University of Pennsylvania; and approving various construction projects.
