I am returning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 170595, entitled "Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Westmoreland Street between Lawrence Street to 5th Street," for the purpoe of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
