TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA:
I am returning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted to day, Bill No. 180290, entitled "Authorizing the paving of the relocated southeasterly local service roadway of Penrose Avenue from Twenty Sixth Street to a point approximately one thousand three hundred twenty-three feet southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
