Transmitting a bill authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 119 and abandonment a certain right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes, located along the westerly side of Tenth Street, north of Poplar Street, and extending westwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
