Transmitting a bill authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2018 from the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, the Grants Revenue Fund certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, and the Aviation Fund certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, to the General Fund to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, and the Aviation Fund to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Budget Director.
