Description

Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to execute a release from a restriction contained in an agreement dated April 10, 1951, related to all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Pennypack Park, Ryan Avenue and Rowland Avenue, conveyed by the City to the School District of Philadelphia in 1951, all under certain terms and conditions.
