Transmitting an ordinance amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code,” and Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,” to revise provisions relating to excavation work and work impacting historic structures, create an excavation contractor license, and institute additional safeguards for property adjoining certain construction activities; all under certain terms and conditions.
