Description

Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 127, 128 & 129 also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel 127 as 608 West Wilt street including 1814 & 1818 North Sixth street; for Parcel 128 as 612-614 West Wilt street including 1813 & 1817 North Marshall street and for Parcel 129 as 1803-1805 North Marshall street including 1809 North Marshall street, 601-03, 611-15 & 619-623 West Montgomery avenue and 1802-1808 North Sixth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Women's Community Revitalization Project and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement; and rescinding Resolution No. 990504 adopted by the Council of the City of Philadelphia on June 17, 1999.
