Description
Amending Section A-703.2 of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Special Certificate of Inspection,” to include satisfaction of certain plumbing facilities and fixture requirements as means of certifying compliance with certain water quality requirements for issuance of special certificates of inspection, all under certain terms and conditions.
