Description
Providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia proposing an amendment to the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to establish City Council oversight for real property assessment increases; and authorizing the appropriate officers to fix the date for the election for such purpose; prescribing the form of the ballot question to be voted on; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the election; all under certain terms and conditions.
