Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to accept a historically-designated building from 2000 Arch Associates LP, which will move and reinstall the building in Aviator Park, 200 North 19th Street, to become part of the Fairmount Park system, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation, under certain terms and conditions.
