Description

Granting permission to the owners of certain newsstands located within the First Councilmanic District to construct, use and maintain, on a temporary basis, newsstands with a greater dimension of advertising than that permitted by general ordinance; in particular, granting such permission with respect to the owners of the newsstands located at the southeast corner of Broad and McKean streets, the southeast corner of Broad and Tasker streets, the southwest corner of Tenth and Reed streets, the southeast corner of Thirteenth and Mifflin streets, the northeast corner of Juniper and Market streets, the northwest corner of Tenth and Market streets, the northeast corner of Ninth and Market streets, the southeast corner of Eighth and Market streets, and the northeast corner of Eleventh and Walnut streets; all under certain terms and conditions.
