Description

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980443) approved June 25, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 of the area bounded by Eighteenth street, Nineteenth street, Master street and Jefferson street by striking from the City Plan and vacating Sharswood street from Eighteenth street to Nineteenth street, widening Harlan street on the northerly side, relocating the southerly curb line of Harlan street, and placing on the City Plan Gratz street from Jefferson street to Harlan street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Gratz street, and the northerly fifteen (15) foot widened portion of Harlan street," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
