Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the Director of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Executive Avenue, Enterprise Avenue, I-95 and Penrose Avenue, more commonly known as 8350 Enterprise Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, all under certain terms and conditions.
