Description

Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," by amending Section 10-703, entitled "Placement of Litter in Receptacles," by prohibiting the disposal of household or commercial refuse in public receptacles; by amending Section 10-718, entitled "Enforcement," and Section 10-719, entitled "Penalties," by providing for enforcement and penalties for violations; by further amending Section 10-718 and Section 10-719 to increase the amount to be remitted and increase the penalties for violations of Section 10-702, relating to littering in public places; and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
