Description

Recognizing and acknowledging Jason Pinardo and his company Primary Pictures, LLC for the creation of #PopUpPhilly, a pop-up restaurant, organized for the purpose of providing approximately 200 members of Philadelphia's homeless community with a fine dining experience, a selection of donated goods and clothing and access to representatives from a variety of local shelters and organizations, to help them take the first steps towards getting back on their feet.
